Standard Shell and Core


  • Office units are constructed to a level where the walls internally are unplastered. The concrete soffit is ready to accept a suspended ceiling system. The concrete floor is ready to accept a raised floor.  Windows to external walls are completed. Doors to external walls and doors to core interface are complete.
  • Entrance, reception and common core areas, are fitted out with ceilings, lights, painted walls, doors, storage heating, tiled flooring, stairs and lifts.
  • Toilets are fitted out including tiled flooring,walls, hardwood doors and frames, suspended ceilings and lights, sanitary ware water supply and drainage, heating and ventilation.
  • Electrical supply to be taken from the main distribution board by the substation via the vertical service shafts.
  • Gas supply is brought to a central distribution point.
  • Data and communication cables vertical access shafts to be provided to allow services to each floor or office unit.

 

 

 



  • Site works, courtyard paving landscaping, external works, external lighting etc. are completed to a high standard.
